#mindfulmoment challenge launches the #1in4 appeal

Description of the challenge

During our #1in4 appeal, South Lakeland Mind is encouraging everyone to take part in our #mindfulmoment Instagram Photo Challenge. The idea is to post a #mindfulmoment every day or as often as you can for our #1in4 appeal (1st April - 6th May).

#mindfulmoments can include anything from our ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ suggested activities such as going for a walk, learning a new recipe, going for coffee with a friend or just having a bit of ‘me time’.

How to join in

Every time you post, tag us @southlakelandmind3 and use the hashtags #1in4 #mindfulmoment, then we will like and share in our stories and highlights

Who can join in

The Photo Challenge is free and open to anyone but please consider making a donation. All donations will go directly to helping improve the quality of life for those experiencing a mental illness.
